SWS Corporate Advisory division is a project driven team of highly trained and skilled business advisors with executive and board experience in listed public and private corporations, all of whom are also practising corporate and commercial lawyers.

DEREK CHARGE

Derek Charge was a senior executive with ASX and NYSE listed companies in general management and operations roles. He has more than 15 years’ experience as a lawyer but also brings more than a decade of experience in industry managing manufacturing operations teams of over 400 - from steel manufacture, operating iron ore mines, metals trading, aggregate production, port operations and shipping to textiles manufacture and nation-wide logistics. He has held a number of non-executive director roles including, currently, with an NZX listed global robotics and automation company and one of Australia's largest and best known whisky producers.

ANDREW WINDYBANK

Andrew Windybank was the General Counsel of the beer businesses operated by (then ASX-listed) Lion Nathan Limited, now Lion, one of Australasia’s largest beverage businesses. He is currently a member on advisory boards and a company director for a number of private corporations. In addition to specialising in corporate law for 25 years, Andrew has more than 10 years of practical management and governance experience gained through his board and advisory roles in the FMCG, manufacturing, Bio-tech and mining services sectors.

JAMES STEVENSON
